Bleeding with prolapse

I have uterine and bladder prolapse, uterine is much worse and I believe it is a grade 4 by now.

A few times a year have bleeding, only spotting accompanied with period like pain in lower stomack and lower back.

From last week I started bleeding again, this time is more and last longer, fresh blood every time I wipe area it. Comes and go! Ultrasound was normal. Gynaecologist appoitment in 3 weeks!

I do not feel well, scared, worried…could be only prolapse pulling down or anything more sinister?

Many thanks!
