At the end of my tether

When I had sepsis two years ago i ended up in hospital , when I was discharged I was told I would be under a Gynaecologist, I have still not had a one to appointment with this lady only two brief teliphone calls, she had decided , I had I B S symptoms. that was over two years ago, and although I myself have always had doubts about her diagnosis, I have also come across other doctors who agree with me that it was not Ibs my condition has got steadily worse over the months till now I am almost though rectrum problems etc now housebound , I now have problems with unbearable fissures and burning causing constipation issues, pelvic pain and stomach issues and issues not being able to walk properly, I feel sure that the issues are more serious now due to neglect in the first place, I reall am at the end of my tether and cannot carry on like this much longer, I have lost weight over the last year also, but because I was labelled Ibs my health centre doctors don’t seem interested, I have had to go to AE in the last three weeks and they have told me I must see a colon surgeon.

Sorry to hear of your problems. Don’t A& E refer people and why did they not see to you. Terrible isn’t it, all we get is telephone calls these days. Make an urgent appointment with your doctor and see if they can refer you urgent so as not to wait much longer. Hope you get help soon, all the best.

I am so sorry you have been treated so horribly! This is inexcusable! I pray you can get into a doctor that will be able to help you.
