hi ladys i finely got the pressery ring took out cleaned and put back in as it made me very sore it was rubbing on a bone . but still having head aches and sleep desirbancences in the night and like something is making me want to go to sleep if i m on my feet doing any jobd in home . ache body. but the sleep destribaces and my head hurts im woundering if it low vit b12 .as anyone had low vit b12 and if so what symtoms did you have

The symptons i had for low vit b12 was tiredness. Always wanted to go to sleep and lack of apetite

i keep feeling tired but iv got a blood test booked for next thursday so hpoefully ill fine out
