Painless Fibroids

Hi All,

Just curious to know if anyone has large non uterine fibroids (muscular) and still managed to conceive. I’m 39, nearly 40 and no kids but would like to have children. How difficult is it to get pregnant with large fibroids? Mine is 10cm and feels very thick. I have a mirena to slow the growth, but as it was only one mass which has merged with another I’m not convinced this has helped. Is it worth ditching the mirena and trying? What is the potential issue with pushing to get it removed?
