Can you explain to me why I feel cramp n pain on my vigina n pain in my lower back if I walked a long distance I get cramp between my leg n can't walk. Thanks

It could be a prolapse womb. My mother had it. Her a was caused by fibroids. The usual treatment is removal of them or in my mother's case a hysterectomy but thats usually a last resort if you are still able to have children.

It could actually be a labral hip tear they often cause referred pain.
