Headache in the pelvis is good. I got the internal pressure point stuff done by a specialist physio a few times but i don't know how effective it is. The physio was good for moral support though.

What has been giving me good results is stretching. HITP gives a list of stretches which are quite good, and gave me some improvement initially, but not as good as the resistance stretching set out by the DCT program. It's expensive but it's custom built for pelvic pain, the videos are very well made and the movements are described in great detail which is necessary to do them properly.

My physio told me i don't need to do any more sessions, as i have the tools to sort myself out thanks to DCT, so as far as i'm concerned it's paid for itself already.

You can find free resistance stretching videos on youtube if you want to get an idea of what's involved. Anything for the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, hip adductors.

DCT? That's David McCord program right? So if you don't mind me asking what were your symptoms and had you tried Botox or any meds and what meds did you try if so?I really don't understand resistance training I would be scared that that would fare something up but I'll check it out

The exercises will cause temporary flares but these will get less bad over time. The flares are actually a sign that it's working! David McCoid is always there in the private forum to answer questions, and the videos are extremely well done and go into great detail about what you should be feeling in each stretch. In my case i believe the pain was instigated by a kickboxing injury in which i accidentaly did the splits!

Only meds i tried were Cipro antibiotics (for suspected prostate infection) for a few weeks which did not help, and some nurofen type anti inflammatories which also did nothing. I tried quercetin bee pollen, also nothing.

I didn't try botox but I've heard mixed reviews. I take 800mg of magnesium glycinate which is supposed to be good for muscle recovery, hyaluronic acid which is good for fascia/ connective tissue, and probiotics to keep regular, and then just a centrum multivit.

My symptoms were: pressing/ burning Rectal/ pernieum pain (golf ball feeling), burning & redness in genitals, erectile dysfunction, constipation, severe pinching pain in hips, heavy heart beat, shooting pains down legs. I couldn't sit for more than 10 mins without flaring the rectal pain, that was the worst part.

All the pain is either gone or 95% gone, still some erectile disfunction but I'm confident that'll be fixed soon.

Was working for me too. Had to stop since I have mercury poisoning which turns out is my main issue-but it is was helping me and I highly recommend it because it will help you but also get you exercising much much more than you did before which will desensitize your nervous system.
