Prolapse pain

I am 48 and I am waiting to be seen about my prolapse. I am not sure if its a uterus or bladder prolapse but know I have a bulge coning out of my vagina who h I have to keep pushing back up now and then.

I am experiencing really dull ache in my left lower side where my pelvis is and is wondering if the prolapse is the cause of it. I normally have the pain after I've been lyigg on that side or leaning on that side for too long. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also after reading some of these comments I will be asking for the flexible pessary.

Thanks for reading
