Penis skin pain irritated with underwear

Recently been diagnosed with CPPS. Was wondering if anyone else has a nagging pain at the tip of the penis that gets much more irritated when rubbing against the underwear. It feels like a specific spot on the penis for me it’s right where the glands meets the shaft on the underside of the penis. It hurts anytime I rub against anything, been tested for all stds and all came back negative, been to 6 doctors all said it was fine and sort of brushed it off. I’ve been having sex with my wife for over a month without a Condon and she’s not having any symptoms so I’m assuming it’s related to the CPPS. Does anyone have similar situation?

Jip. I only wear specfic bigger size underwear now. It seems like my symptoms are subsiding. I am on month8, starting to see the light. No real medications, just gave it time and try to let it heal naturally whatever it is.

I have been having sex with my wife as well, she even fell pregnant. She doesnt have symptoms at all.

Thanks for the reply Pieter, Did you feel like it’s a specific patch of skin? I deifnetly feel better now than I did 4 months ago but I’m still feeling that irritation and slight pain after masturbation not as much after sex.

Yes. Mine was also on the underside of penis at the glans meeting the shaft, and also next to the base of penis on the left. I am still recovering, not fully healed yet, but getting there
