Slow Transit Colon with rectocele and intussusception - Prucalopride

Hi.

I have slow transit colon and this caused rectocele and rectal intussusception. Trying biofeedback and recently prescribed Prucalopride (Resotran) a week ago. Till then I was suffering 24/7 of bloat, distension, fullness, nausea...etc

Resotran does move thing and I feel hungry for normal meal time and don'y feel sick all the time.

It emptied for one or two days but after that, second or third go would not come out and very thin and hard even with coloxyl (docusate sodium) 120mg x 2 at night.

Still requiring enema. I did start eating normal with lots of vegies, comparing to pre-Resotran. Maybe this is causing it too hard..so I will try go back to slow transit colon diet, lower fiber, soft food again and see how it works with prucalopride.

Did anyone try prucalopride for slow transit colon with outlet problem?

Which works for you beter, low fiber or high fiber?

Thank you!

I tried prucalopride but it didn't work for me I have a rectocele and intersussecption and am unable to go to the toilet it is very distressing position to be in. I was discharged from the hospital even though I still can't go to the toilet they don't seem to care so I have just been left to get on with it.
