Could I have PID ?

Okay, when I was 16 I was diagnosed with chlamydia, and I think I had it for atleast over a year before I was diagnosed. My first love cheated on me left and right and he was the only person I had been sexually active with for about 2 years. I was cleared for that and fine since. I am now 18 and me and my current boyfriend wanted to try for a baby. I went and got an exam with a gynecologist and had bacterial vaginosis. All other test were fine. I’ve been tracking my cycles for months and I ovulated last Thursday, i had very sharp pains and had to lay down, I could barely walk. I then found a knot and went to a local doctor and had a CT done. I have one cyst on my left ovary that is leaking fluids?? And another small one on my right. My periods have always been regular and normal. The only difference I’ve noticed in the fact past 2 months is it seems longer to come off of them, they range from 6-7 days but I’ve had light bloody discharge ranging up to 3 days after that. Like the “coming off your period discharge” I’m scared I could have PID and not know it. Especially since I may have had chlamydia for as long as I think. Could anyone please give me their opinion on this. My gynecologist missed my cyst on my ovaries, and I’m scared to trust her judgement. I mentioned my fears of having PID to her and she told me I’d know and be actually sick. I’ve read of many cases where people haven’t even known because it can be dormant. All I dream of is having a family of my own. And I’m so terrified that it could be an ongoing issue.
