Looking for specialist in the US

I have PNE since a back surgery last February. I am on 150 mg of Lyrica daily and ibuprophen every 6 hours. I can pretty much only stand up all day, though I do sit for short periods of time. It is almost impossible to sleep. I have rented a hospital bed for now but get up every two hours to pace my house. I had a pudendal nerve block last month with very little relief, some but not much. I am at a loss as to what to do next. I am sure I have scar tissue around the nerve (just a hunch) as I tend to make a lot of scar tissue. QUESTION: Are there any doctors in the US who specialize in pudendal nerve decompression? Thank you.
