What type of prostatitis hurts eith bowel Movement before pooping, testicle pain, bladder dribbling, having erge to pre but not much pee comes out examining before bed and lack of sex drive. Help please!!

Many types, pudendal issues, infections, nerves, tense muscles etc.. It is a very complicated area. Have you been to a doctor?
