Scared of losing my baby

Hi, I didn't know what PID was until July 2017. I was diagnosed but didn't take it serious. But I had a proper diagnosis and treatment this year May. I'm now having early cyesis (six weeks) though the pain has subsided I'm scared because of PID complications in pregnancy.

Be honest with your concerns to your doctor. I understand where you are coming from. If you were healed by the time you conceived, all should be well.

I developed a severe kidney infection in my third trimester. I had to be hospitalized and given I.V. antibiotics. My baby was fine however he did develop asthma and I often wonder if it was because he was exposed to erythromycin in utero? More likely, it was a genetic predisposition due to the asthma in my ex husband’s family. I breast fed my son for 14 months and my ex accused me of making the baby sick; just one reason I divorced him.

My son outgrew it.

Good luck. Try not to worry. Keep calm and carry on. ❤️
