Tailbone pain

Hi , I’ve recently had a nasty fall on my coax . Went hospital they said no point in X-ray . Because it probably wouldn’t show up. So they are treating me for a broken tailbone. I did this a week ago . And the pain is getting worse than better . I have rubber ring , ice packs , pain killers . Having no joy

Sublingual arnica tablets may help with inflammation. There are pain patches you can buy that act like ice. It isn’t wise to ice an area of tissue long term. Does a heating pad help?

I think you should get a second opinion. Just my advice. Keep us in the loop.

Thank you for your advice , I have tried those ice patches . But it seemed to make it feel sore . Maybe I left it on too long . I was told not to use heat on it . I went doctors on Monday again . Given me stronger pain killers . No joy with them up 2 now .
