I haven’t posted in a while. I was all set to get this new stimulater in my sacrum not a DRG it’s kinda experimental but with the pain I’ve been in I was willing to give it a shot and I know it’s been helping many out there. On May 16 I went to see a new urogynecologist and she new exactly where my left Pudendal nerve was and hit it and I hit the ceiling. No doctor has ever found it on me. She is going to do another amniotic injection on me with botox and for my interstitial cystitis she is going to start bladder installations. She really new her stuff. The procedure is being done in Philadelphia on June 26. I will keep you all posted if it helps me. Remember this will be my second shot. She also told me that my muscles in the pelvic floor are extremely tight actually she said every muscle seems tight including my abdominal muscles besides my leg muscles too. Also she explained to me finally that the reason I have leg pains and fall and lose my balance is because of the nerve damage I sustained in the Pudendal nerve. To use my cane so I don’t keep getting bruises from falling. That’s my own fault because I hate using my cane and I do fall a lot. So, any of you who have this problem may want to consider a cane if you are falling like I am. Anyway just thought I would share this with all of you. I will keep you posted. She really thinks that she can help me. This was the first glimmer of hope I’ve had in a long time. Please pray this works for me guys. Thank you and God bless Debbie. 👍🤝🙏

Good luck. I hope you get some relief. May I ask who the doctor is? I live in the states and some people on here are always looking for good doctors. Thank you. Michelle
I would also be very interested in finding out the name of your new Urogynocologist, as I'm less than 2 hrs. away from Philadelphia. I'm glad for your sake; there seems to be a glimmer of hope to finally address your pain. I wish you the very best of luck with your June 26th procedure!
Can you PM me? I don’t know if we are allowed to give out the name of doctors like that but I’m more than happy to give you her name. She is with Jefferson hospital. Deb.

Debbie. I wish you all the best on June 26 and a speedy and very successful outcome. You are so brave to have endured this for a long time. My prayers are with you. Nancy🙏🙏🙏
How are you doing ? I’m seeing Rowe in king of Prussia July 30th about drg but am interested in your experience at Jeff. Not sure how to contact someone off line. My # is 9732294140
Not too good. Not sure if it worked but it is supposed to work between 6-8 weeks. I’m only 3 weeks post op tomorrow. So I’m still hopeful. I seem to have good and bad days. I was able to decrease my pain medication one pill the second week but the last 3 days my sits bone pain has returned. Not constantly though. It seems to come if I try to do too much or sit for longer than 15 minutes at a time even with my pillow. Coccyx bone pain is still better. The burning pain is still there. Itching is there but rectal burning and itching appears to be better. Vagina pain is slightly better but still bad. I expected I guess a miracle. Especially since I was scheduled for a stimulater for my sacral nerves. It would not help my interstitial cystitis but it would help the Pudendal nerve and now my pain management doctor doesn’t want to do it. I’m extremely frustrated and upset now. Hope that helps. God bless Deb
