Ultrasound Scan of Pelvice

Has anyone had an ultrasound scan of the pelvic that showed up much in the way of adenomyosis or endometriosis?

I have previously had one that detected nothing yet on investigation during laparoscopy a cyst was attached to my right ovary.

Hi . I had one as fews weeks back and they found a uterine poylp. I am now booked in for a laparoscopy on the 8th of may astill gynaecology think I have endo due to the pain I'm in. I'm not sure everything always shows on scans . Hope your recovering well xx

Thank you for your reply and good luck with your laparoscopy in May. I am sure that an MRI would be better to detect my condition and if it has worsened, the last time I had an ultrasound my adenomyosis was not detected.
