Pelvic pain after eating,weeing and arousal

Hi all,I have ibs and did think thats what the pain was,but a few weeks ago it started on arousal and sex can be painful weeing sometimes hurts and after eating..not sure if it's all the same problem.

I am on immunoglobulin therapy due to a compromised immune system,my immu nurse has ordered me to.see my gp tomoro but has anyone got any ideas what ot could be? Feeling g frustrated
