Women’s Health APPG survey for those with endometriosis or fibroids

Hi All

I've been asked to post links to a survey for those with endometriosis or fibroids. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with either of these conditions to get their voices heard and help inform treatment and diagnosis of these conditions My understanding is that the survey is only intend for those with an actual diagnosis rather than suspicion of. Further information about the survey has been posted below in bold along with the links. As always any further questions please ask either myself or Suzanne as we are always happy to help
