For the last few months this annoying moderate pain down below feels like sort of a dragging & pulling pain coming out of my vagina nothing is protruding out and painkillers is the only thing that helps fir a short while. I have calcified fibroids and chronic pelvic pain again on medication for this The new pulling pain has got me baffled is something pressing down there just another thing to try and manage also

Probably a prolapse which isn’t necessarily obvious to see.

Had same here 2.5 years ago, but took 3 different gps over a year to diagnose as prolapse. Mine is mild when examined lying down but I have had dragging pains bad for a long time now. Working on breathing and posture with wholewoman.com - might be of interest to you - non-surgical solution - with many positive 'side effects' due to improved posture and gait. You have my sympathy for the discomfort and pain, I hope you find the right help and support for you.

Hi have you been checked for a hernia ? They cause the most horrible dragging pain.... I had an inguinal hernia and that's exactly what it felt like.
