HI Mr Vikram Khuller at St Mary's Hospital in London deals with this. I am under him but also under Professor Malone Lee in Whittington. He does a lot with trials of antibiotics for the Interstitial Cystitis and can measure pus cells etc in urine. I suffer a lot with what you are having. If you want to message me to talk, please feel free to. I have also heard St Georges is good. Other places I have heard of are oxford Pelvic floor clinic.
