I am in the US and have used them in my rectum . They work well but not only do they calm down the rectum but they make you la la of course that is nice but they cant be used long term because of addictive quality. They are not good for you! They are very expense here because they have to be hand made by a compounding pharmacy and our insurance plans will not pay . You can not be taking them and drive or do anything dangerous that requires you to be at your best.

I was given them in the vagina and its my bowels that weren't allowing me to go, but these docs are.so bad here. I have interstitial cystitis why wld she give me valium to put in my vagina.and not my rectum. Really! Needles to say it didn't work and cost a lot. Let me guess your pelvic floor isn't relaxed?
