For the past 1 1/2 years I've had a stabbing pain in the lower left side of my abdomen. When it first started, I would get the pain an hour after waking up, lay down and it would go away. Have had several inguinal nerve blocks to no avail. Pain is now longer in duration. Had a laparoscopy yesterday because the dr. thought he felt a hernia. Laparoscopy showed no hernia and now I'm back to square one. Does anyone have any suggestions? Very disappointed after yesterday since I still have the pain. Thanks.
