A few days ago I started using this unit for levator ani syndrome. Has anyone tried this device?

I just recently learned about this condition. I watched a youtube video of a lady that had it and it took 7 years to get diagnosed. She had surgery, which she said took 2 years to completely heal, but she is better. I may possibly have this condition, as my symptoms sound similar to hers. I want to avoid having surgery at all costs because I've heard of so many failures, and the Mayo Clinic will not do the surgery. Does the stimulator device give you any relief?

I have used it only for 4 days, but I only "suspect" it is helpful. It is worth trying, I would say.

Did someone recommend this to you? How did you purchase it? What is the cost?

You must get it from physical therapy. It's about $65.00 USD a month to rent. I'm not sure how well it works, but like I said it's an option when you're desperate like me.
