Active release therapy by a physical therapist. Barnes method is another one. Serrapeptase on empty stomach.
Methadone has been a great medicine for me when I've had pelvic pain (which is all of the time). No loopy feeling; only reduction of pain.
Also, ice wrapped in a couple of paper towels helps in the short-term.
