Help with managing pain

Do you have a touchscreen phone or tablet computer that can run apps? If yes, would you like to help us with a short project about tracking symptoms and their impact on your daily life?

We are seeking 20 volunteers with mobile devices that run on Apple or android app stores (e.g. Google Play). We would tell you which app to download and give you an anonymised account to open the app. You would then be able to record the intensity of the symptoms or their impact on your daily life over a period of 2-4 weeks. [Using the app takes less than a minute each time, you can use it as often as you like.] At the end, we would email you a pdf report of the data you entered in the app. We would appreciate your feedback on the app and what symptoms/impact you find it useful to track (or not), for example to help with self-management or discussion with your GP. If you would like to participate in this study during February, please reply to info@pelvicpain.org.uk by 31st January 2015 and let us know the make and model of your device. For this study, it is recommended that you do not use a shared device but one that only you use.
