I feel very full and sick after I eat. Doesn't matter what it is. I'm still feeling dull pains that come and go in my right ovary and hip

Area. If I lay flat on my back and push in that area it hurts really bad. I'm due for my period any day but I've been feeling this way for two or so weeks straight. I AM NOT PREGNANT. I can't go to the hospital because I took a tramodol from a friend to help ease the all the discomforts but it only made things worse. I'm not eating much now but I still feel very full and bloated. Please help

You must go to your GP with your symptoms. They'll probably take bloods initially

Just like to agree with Sharelle, here. Please either go to your GP or, if the pain becomes really bad, go to A&E. Hope things soon improve for you.
