Has anyone claimed PIP for pelvic conditions? If so how did you find the application process? I am just filling in the forms. I hear it is usual to get asked for a medical.

My 16year old put in a claim last year in October we are still waiting for a one to one medical assessment.

I just got a letter saying they had received my form and Atos healthcare are dealing with it. I found the questions quite relevent to bowel adhesions eg with eating and preparing food for example and with associated anxiety /depression. Will wait and see what happens.

How did you get on, I'm taking dwp to tribunal as they have stoped my benefits after 30 yrs and told me to go back to work, just the stress has brought on another hydrosalphinx, dwp just put my PID and adhesions down as she has abdominal problems, like it's nothing, I had the assesment and it caused me 4 weeks of awful pain, they have no idea.
