Hi all, I was diagnosed last Nov. over the past few months I have joint and muscle pain at different times. Some days are ok. My knees, thighs sometimes shins and shoulders. Taking urso. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how do you handle. Thanks.

May be worth getting your primary carer to do a full blood work up to rule out any other reasons however joint pain is now being recognised as a symptom of PBC.

I manage my joint/bone pain (mostly in my hands and left hip) with exercises and topical Ibuprofen.

had the same. I think they are finding overlap with fibromyalgia. Though not with chronic fatigue because by its nature PBC creates fatigue. Worth getting tested for rheumatoid arthritis or other issues just to make sure. But I have the same. Keep us posted on anything you find out.
