Red Reishi Mushroom capsules

Has anyone tried these? They claim to reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure amongst other things. I inow we should always check with our dostors before using anything herbal etc but just wondered if anyone had used this.

Hi , I bought some Reishi mushroom pills some time ago, I'm hopeless though, I take them for a few days and then forget. We must have read the same article! I will start again tomorrow. Kandiepat
