Janine541 I'm sorry. Does it help to be cooler with the itching. I have to be careful with exercising to much or I get prickly skin feeling.

when you were diagnosed last year did you have itching?

When did it start?

I did but nothing like this and the ulrSLk helped. I could seriously use a yard brush to help.

I go back to my consultant on the 2oth.

A lot of people made diet changes. I'm concerned that I'm starting to get itchy. My stress is above and beyond severe. The only thing that I drink is water, coffee and tea. I have to get my sugar intake down. Do you believe that diet can make a difference or you need to just find the right medication

Hi im sure diet can make a difference. But i believe you have to have the right attitude to start.

Im afraid at the moment i like pop.

I can not have fried food as it makes me feel ill and i do try to drink flavored water

Fried food nailed me. I had it the night before at a restaurant the night before my alt elevated

I believe what you eat makes a difference to the itch. Since I stopped intake of gluten and minimum fat and no alcohol, the itch is still there, but not so severe. There were times I felt like ripping the skin of my body

Sometimes I feel like someone is sticking pins in me, I'm pretty sure it's coming

I do believe stress causes itching too

Stress aggravates the itch

Sorry too hear you all seem to suffer from itching, I only had it a little while when I stopped drinking, which seems weird but that was bad enough, just hope someone finds a cure soon x
