I had that for a time. Lately I hace been taking vitamin D 5,000 iu. It seemed to work for me. To this I should add that I don't have AIH. I don't know if that would make a difference. I also try to keep up my calcium intake.
Is your doctor helping you with the PIP form? Does your work place have an HR department and if it does are they able to help you with your claim?
Citizen's Advice has a page of helpful advice link below: If you have an office local to you perhaps having an appointment with an advisor might be helpful.
I think, but do not know for sure, that if you work part time you can get a benefit to top you up, maybe worth asking at Citizen Advice.
Is the leg and feet pain PBC related or is it something else. I have now been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy as well and pernicious anaemia. I am given regular B12 injections and I take a daily multi vitamin without iron and top that up with a vitamin D+K spray, in general I am feeling better with the top up of vitamins. However before you take anything you should run it past your doctor.
Good luck for the 30th (is this for your PIP or the specialist?) let us know how you get on.
I had the hardest time walking on my feet in the morning but not every morning. Went to my diabetic dr yesterday and when I got home my legs hurt so bad had a hard time getting out of the car into the house. I been keeping a fever for 4 days and don't know why. I hope you find the answer and feel better soon.
Hi Janine. Yes I get that too. But I thing there is a chance that’s more because of the medications like Ursofalk, however not 100% sure and it’s no good to stop medications just because of the feet pain. Anyway Magnesium did help a lot also massaging the feet before sleep and when I woke up before standing on them again.
