Hi all

I normally buy my b12 from Versandapo and pay for it through amazon. Never has any problems before but this morning they say my address is invalid.

I live in the UK

Do you know an alternative place I can buy from

Thanks

Hi,I ordered 2 packs of Panpharma B12 Depot from Juvalis.de about 2 weeks ago without any issues. Ordered on the Monday, delivered on the Friday.

I'm sure Juvalis are part of the VersandApo group.

I paid with PayPal and delivered to UK.

You cannot pay with Amazon pay at versandapo . U.K. customers can only pay either PayPal or Bank transfer . Something to do with Brexit ?

That really is strange . I ordered from them at the weekend , and mine are already on their way . Are you registered with them , if not , try doing that . You can get in touch with them by email

kontakt@versandapo.de

You could try juvalis.de This pharmacy is connected to versandapo .

Here is a bit if information—- Ordering Panpharma B12 depot from versandapo.de ( a very reputable and reliable German Online Pharmacy , that is strictly controlled by the German Health Authorities .

These ampoules come in packs of 10 , and are 1mg x 1ml

Courier costs ( DHL) €9.00 no matter how many you order.

Usually takes 4 working days .

It is always advisable to register when you order for the first time . First of all, once registered , you will save time when ordering subsequently. Also versandapo.de run a points scheme if you are registered . You are given 200 points when you register and you are awarded 1point for every Euro you spend . 250 points represent €2.50 which you can use when you pay. Once registered , you can find out how many points you have accumulated by going into your account .

To register or log in , click on the little silhouette of a head and shoulders ( top right) and fill out the form . ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO FILL IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU ADD THE REST OF YOUR ADDRESS . Click on the drop-down list of countries. The U.K. is written in German as “ VEREINIGTES KÖNIGREICH” ( United Kingdom)

Once you have done that , your U.K. postal code will be accepted by the computer . The computer needs to know your country before it will accept the rest of your address .

You will need to put in a password of course .

You can pay by PayPal or Bank transfer . Cards are not accepted by versandapo from U.K. customers.

Bank transfer is free if you do it with Online Banking , but costs £25.00 if you do it at your bank .

For future orders , you need to click on the silhouetted head and shoulders to log in . and give your email address and password.

You can use the pharmaceutical reference number( PZN) to order Panpharma B12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) This is 16199653 . You get straight to the item . Panpharma do not sell the clinic packs of 100 ampoules . The ampoules usually have a use-by date of 2 years .

At the moment courier ( DHL) cost is €9.00 no matter how many packets you buy .

You can email them -kontakt@versandapo.de

Other B12 depot( hydroxocobalamin ampoules available are ———

Hevert b12 depot pack of 10 1mgx 2ml ref.no. 06078368

Same as above but clinic pack of 100 ref. no.06078380

Pascoe pack of 10 B12 depot 1.5 mg x 1ml Ref no. 07568672

Same as above. but clinic pack of 100 Ref no. 07568695

That’s it ! Very best wishes .

juvalis.de Is another German online pharmacy , also reliable .

Thank you

I have always paid through amazon and never been asked to register either but today was different.

I managed to register as thanks to you I didn't realise I still had my location as Germany instead of UK.

All done and paid through PayPal.

New experience for me but pleased I now have them.

I was trawling the net yesterday to see if there was any news on implants and came across a new supplier. Laybuy might be worth checking out.

If you have just a house name not a number that could be the problem. It was for me, so I just put number 1 in the address. All German addresses have numbers.

Thank you. I managed to fix the problem. I didn't out my location as UK when registering. All ordered and hopefully on their way now. Cheers

Trouble with BODFELD is that they will only let you have 3 boxes of Panpharma B12 depot . You can have what you want of the other brands .

in reply to wedgewood

Very true. I’m nearly at the end of my 3 ‘allocated’ boxes and about to start on the Hevert ones that I also got from Bodfeld
