Until I can manage to get my injections, I have bought a methylcobalamin spray 500mcg per spray. It states one spray a day but do you think I should do more?
Or does anybody recommend a better way to get B12 into my system? (I know injecting is best but can't do it just now).
Thanks in advance for any help.

you can use it as much as you like. No toxicity. The recommendation is probably there because it is a vitamin supplement rather than a medical treatment and there is no point in taking huge amounts of B12 if you don't have an absorption problem
If you haven't used methyl before then I would try it for a day or so before just going to town on it as some people don't get on with methyl and find it makes them veryanxious.
Reading your previous post : given that your anxiety levels are already high, if you do use this spray, I would do as Gambit62 suggests and start low, and monitor that before raising the level.
Perhaps methylcobalamin is not the right form of B12 for you ?
Gambit, do you know of an alternative for someone with anxiety issues already ?
I don't use sprays/ sublinguals myself because, like fbirder , they don't seem to have any effect on me.
I have the same problem as yourself. I do not like the idea of having to have injections. I am taking B12 complex vitamins. Have just started using B12 boost oral spray 1200ug. I first started taking spray today 4 puffs a day until I can finally have the courage to have the injections.
