What mouth spray B12?

I've read through the posts. As I can't get an injection until January and did seemingly react badly to them. I have started a good quality B12 tablet. Also could someone explain the spray and how you obtain it and what is the best one?

Thank you

Google "B12 Boost" and order online or go to a reputable high street healthfood shop

I use Boost B12 spray from the high street, I do not think it makes a huge difference to symptoms but it does take the edge off if I am having a bad day
