Oral spray, increased serum B12

Hello

I have just got my latest blood results.

IF negative and my B12 has increased from starting my Oral B12 spray on the 10th of December. I have gone from 155 to 1136. With these results using just spray can it be safely said that I don't have Pernicious Anemia? And therefore should I continue taking B12 since don't know why my B12 had dropped so much?

Thanks again for your help x

Thank you Nackapan . I have had some improvement but not much, that's why I don't know if I should continue taking it or not. I also have other issues going on so I don't know what is what.

I would keep going with it . Perhaos a slightly lower dose as risen so well??I'm on the process of deleting one thing at a time as in a real dip. My bloods are due next week .

They do help. I'm waiting to see if ferritin levels are a issue. As ashen as well as everything else. A shift but doesn't feel like the right direction at present but who knows??

Hate this game of snakes and ladders. At least at present that 5 day migraine to an end. When in that situation I cant see a way out.

Hope you can tackle the other issues you mention to improve your health. T c

Thanks Nackapan , I'm sorry you are in this blip and I do hope you get some answers soon. The uncertainty is the worst because if you don't know what is wrong you can't take action.

You mention Iron, funnily enough in my latest bloods my B12 has improved and yet my iron hasn't, despite being on a high dose iron supplement which I stopped following doctors orders a couple of weeks before the test. I have to say when I was on the iron (liquid) I felt much better.

Thankyou.

Yes despite the Gp not thinking mh ferritin levels too low . 29. I stopped shaking when I eventually got then uo to 46. So very odd. Ive never needed iron before. Childbirth. Heavy periods . In the past and levels good??

My norm is around 61 for ferritin . I truly believe we are Individiduals and function at different levels. Iv read readings below 50 can cause fatigue . Hair loss. Ect.

So yes keep an eye on your iron level.
