Grateful for any advice on taking a Vit B Complex plus a good mumtivitamin

I’m currently taking Thorne Basic B Complex but also after advice on here looking for a decent A-Z multivitamin. If anyone versed in this has a moment to take a look at the multivitamin and advise if ok to take with the B Comolex. Thank you lovely people in advance 😊

Ok it won’t let me load the pics - but the multivitamin provides 200ug of folate and b complex provides 400mg, each provides b6 10mg each. Does anyone know if you can have too much b vitamins?

Yes. Too much B6 can cause Peripheral Neuropathy.

recommended upper limit varies from country to country - if memory serves correctly US is 100mg, Europe 25mg and UK 12mg.

In most cases the peripheral neuropathy reverses once supplementation stops but there have been a few cases where the neuropathy has been permanent - think these have all been use of doses above 100mg a day over several months.
