Pain in Neck and Shoulders
I am well
versed
in releasing tension. I have practiced yoga since 1977 with varying degrees of intensity. I find Tai Che to be more effective although not as a self defence. I use this video when unable to manage anything more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEOS2zoyQw4

Unfortunately, doctors in Japan are not well
versed
with this illness and I honestly don't feel confident with their recommendations. Seeking advice, input, recommendations.

Oct 2023 report says that to avoid heart problems in later life keep TSH and Free T4 at these levels; please advise if this is correct?
The findings from checking patient records is that the lowest risk of heart disease in elderly people is when they have:
Free T4 between 13.5 -14.8 pmol/L
TSH between 1.9 - 2.9 mIU/L
Can anyone better

Intravenous Sedation
I am not totally sure if they would use
Versed
for this sedation, but if they do,
Versed
is not safe for kidney patients. Can anyone share their experiences with these procedures as I try to decide how I'm going to proceed. Thanks in advance for any information,

Neurological Signals
Pretty much I am well
versed
in listening to my body and it is disconcerting to have it be telling me things in a way that is new to me. Takes a lot of emotional energy to work on it. It is not all roses as I envisioned being symptom free would be.

How did you find a specialist to help you deal with your ADHD? I'm a married white dad, diagnosed a week before I turned 60. Help...
I started with a therapist, but he was not well
versed
in ADHD. How do I find a good one?

I’m a retired nurse so am pretty
versed
about IM injections. I’ve been worried that maybe I didn’t get any med into the muscle. I had quite a large area of tissue irritation for a couple weeks after, but no muscle ache.

Thyroid, Cortisol And Sodium Question
Btw, I'm well
versed
in everything recommended here. I supplement with iron, B12, D, folate, take my meds the right way and test my bloods the right way - fasted, before 9am, etc. So that's not an issue.

A Win for the NHS - today at least & Questions for you
I then got the check your O2 Sats drill, well
versed
in that, followed by ‘don’t hesitate to call again if any problems’. Now 3 questions:- Q 1. Given the current state of NHS services, huge demand on demoralised and overworked staff - would that be that be good enough for you?

I am well

How Long Does it Take to Regain a Full State of Consciousness After a Medically Induced Coma?
The second induced coma has been with a heavier dose of sedatives (Propofol AND
Versed
) and for an extended period of time. He has also received 8 rounds of radiation treatment while he's been asleep. On June 16th he was fully weaned from Propofol by 8pm.

Help - Osteoporosis and cancer
I am very well
versed
in cancer as I have lived with it since 2020 but a total novice when it comes to bone matters. My oncologist was dismissive and suggested I speak to my GP.

Specialty to start with?
Due to this group and other reading I am pretty well
versed
in treatment alternatives. I am 77 and if I do any treatments I would lean toward proton therapy. I had an appointment with urologist at Penn Medicine, because my PCP suggested starting there. She recommended getting a biopsy.

am I a bad person?
He said it's the same things for Jonah it's his sibling, and I understand that but the favors they require are different and because I didn't grow up with anyone not straight around me, I'm not well
versed
. I could be more open minded, I just am uncomfortable with the way he is so upset.
