RBC AND PLATLETS LOW AFTER B12?

Hi last week I had my first three month injection at the surgery after loading doses, I have SI weekly since.

I had my bloods done after

b12 jab which was > 2000

My folate and ferritin have gone up and vit d

But my

RBC is at 3.95 and

Platelet are 130g/l down from 265g/l three months ago

MCV 96

MCH 32.8

Is there any significant with these result, still not feeling much better
