Has anyone had trouble with Apohealth? My order status hadn't changed since I ordered it just says DHL electronically received request or something.
No idea what's going on??

Never had an issue with them they are an excellent company. When you get that notification from DHL it’s when Apo has notified DHL that they will be giving them a shipment so APO are obviously getting it ready for shipment. You need to be patient. When you get notifications from APO they will be in German but you can use Google translate app to deal with that.
I ordered it last Saturday and the status hasn't changed. Shouldn't it have been shipped by now? I was told 3 to 5 days or am I wrong?
Thank you. I have emailed but so far no response. Guess I will just hope for the best.
Hi Popcorn,
I’m unsure whether Apo, DHL, HM Customs & Excise use Microsoft but there has been a major technical glitch with the software. This can have major implications for businesses but I am very sure that they are trying their very best to deal with it.
I would be extremely grateful if you may explain the difference between a run-time error and a real time error please.
Diolch yn fawr.
A run-time error is to be contrasted with a compile-time error. When you don’t write your program in the correct syntax of the programming language you are using, it won’t compile, and you get a compile-time error. But once your program compiles OK, it doesn’t mean it’s right, and if it breaks the rules of the operating system it’s on, or the software it should be interoperating with, and makes the program, or a program it’s running with, stop, then that’s a run-time error.
That’s what Crowdstrike did. But a program should be thoroughly tested, in a sandpit (isolated, safely breakable, test environment) before it is ever released in public. That’s what Crowdstrike didn’t do. (Or didn’t do thoroughly enough - though the number of software failures it caused makes me wonder if they did it at all. “Just a tiny late tweak - no need to retest it all” is the epitaph on the gravestones of companies that have done this).
Real-time errors are ones that happen on computer programs in systems that people are interacting with at the time the program failure occurs. As distinct from batch errors that stop processing runs, such as a company’s overnight invoicing, which the computer should be able to get on with by itself. You and I never experience those directly, and the companies can just rewind and start again. Hopefully.
All real-time errors are run-time errors, but not all run-time errors are real-time errors, as with batch processing errors as above.
Just ordered mine came within 7 days .u should be able to track with ut order number
If you're lucky you might eventually get a cuddly toy! That's all I received for my £100 on the only occasion I used Apohealth. Avoid!
I got a delivery 5 days after ordering about on the 7th but it came with Royal Mail not DHL
My Apohealth order sat in customs (uk) for just over a week last time I ordered. I think I clicked on DHL link or went on their website with the order number - can't remember now.
I have had an update. Its still in Germany. Its been 7 days and its travelled 14km LMFAO!
Something similar happened to me. It took weeks to get my package. I am in the USA and it got flagged by customs and was pulled and searched. When I received it it looked as if it had been opened and taped back up with their special yellow tape. I never was able to see notifications as to where it was until right before receiving it and it only showed it was leaving customs.
I haven’t used Apo recently but when I did not that long ago, I can remember tracker not updating but eventually received package after about 10 days. I prefer Versandapo.
