It may be ok to inject, then again it may not. You only have their word about the quality control. I personally would not purchase this.
I looked at their Hydroxo product with similar format and 5 x 1mg injection work out at £14 inc delivery. Where as I bought 40 x 1mg ampules from Goldpharma for little over £30 inc delivery and I do not have any doubt concerning the supplier or the pharmaceutical company which made them.
That said, the Nurse on Monday didn't seem to see it the way I do....

Vitamin b12 depot hevert
Lophakomp-b12 depot (1000µg)
B 12 depot-rotexmedica
They're all 0.958mg, (= 1mg), (=1000µg )
