advice please

hello all i have an underactive thyroid and recent blood test suggest my b12 is 173 and my iron levels are 5 some one on thyroid uk suggested i came here for advice? what are the symptoms of pa? how is it tested for ? what is it exactly? many thanks

173 is low for b12. I found patient.co.uk really useful. Search for b12 deficiency and you'll see a list of patient leaflets on b12 and pa. That should give you more information. In the meantime I'm sure someone will put a more detailed post on here
