My issues have been going on for a year+ with no answers yet.
Short synopsis
I was in a&e for 3 days because of a foot injury. I was doing foot exercises and did it too rough, I had burning and tingling from my foot to my calf.
After sitting on a recliner for 24 hours in a&e my legs turned to stone and I couldn't stand up. The skin on my lower back just above my bum started to feel numb.
Since then I've had numbness all over my body and tingling. In particular I get back pain from time to time (in and around where my SI joint is). The pain will range from mild to feeling like a brick is sitting on my lower back. I. numbness and tingling from my back down to my legs which is continuous. I also sometimes will have bladder issues and have been tested for Caudia eqina - all clear. My pelvic muscles are also weak and will sometimes go into spasm.
I have had 4 MRIs for spine, blood tests for autoimmune conditions and blood tests for vitamin deficiency - all came back clear.
I'm also under the care of a neurologist who ruled out MS. I've seen a rheumatologist who ran blood tests and MRIs which came back clear.
Initially they thought it was something to do with covid, as I had covid the week before this all kicked off. But all bloods came back clear.
I think its now all off a sudden hit me that I could be living the numbness, tingling and back pain, with no answers as to why. Its now mentally really getting to me.
Can anyone suggest where I go to next for answers?

I agree that this sounds like nerve pain (neuropathy). I have been living with similar symptoms in my feet and legs since doing a plank exercise too strenuously. Neuropathy is hard to diagnose and to treat but it is worth pursuing a diagnosis. I am now on a low daily dose of Amitriptyline, which helps me enormously. There are many pain relief options for neuropathy, but it's a very individual thing which will work for each person. It can be a challenging condition to live with, but also a relatively common one.
Ask for the diagnosis in writeing maybe about these issues, and if they are linked or not ,if your under care from neurologist is there any letters etc and opes go over them ,Hopefully you get answers at next appointment,
Lots of drugs have side effects
Pregablin high dose may help with the numbness etc ,could ask doctor about that ,
If you have more symptom
Look
Fibromyalgia up
Lots get diagnosed with that when Lots results and tests come back clear
What were the results of the blood tests, particularly in relation to vit B12, folate (B9) and B6, as well as your full blood count, vit D, magnesium, iron, blood sugar, thyroid. I'd be very surprised if they have done all the possible tests for B12, or thyroid come to that, as they generally don't. There are no blood tests which can rule out a B12 deficiency for certain, although there are several which may pick one up. If you don't yet have copies of all the tests done, I'd suggest that you get them and make a hard copy for your own records. There may still be a covid connection. Have you only had it once and have you had vaccines, plus are you taking any supplements (could obscure blood testing) and what is your diet like? Any other medications, diagnoses, previous surgery, family history of autoimmunes or B12 issues etc Bloods for autoimmunes aren't that reliable either unless conditions are quite advanced, but full private testing is expensive.
Just noticed the migraine and vertigo issues - has anyone looked at your methylation ability, checked polymorphisms? You may well have an underlying B vitamin metabolism problem here and the covid was the final straw (like many viruses it depletes Bs as well as others whilst increasing requirement).
