I have a level 3 intermittent (often pulsing) pain just sitting on the pubic bone (my left). I have had back ache recently on right side low down and a bit of sciatica but don't think these coincide. I am male 75. Have had prostate done and always had low PSA results and biopsy in 2019 negative.
Monitoring it at the moment. Advice as to likely reason welcome. Thanks.

This could be referred pain. I have a problem with two bones out of place in my back, and when I had a bad flare it gave me pain in my groin and knee, but no pain in my back. Those pesky nerves when irritated send the signals up to the brain, but sometimes the nerve is a bit vague about where the pain is, so the brain gets the wrong end of the stick, or should I say the wrong end of the body parts! We may be feeling pain in one area, but the cause is actually somewhere else. Equally, when ever people have new symptoms it is always wise to get them checked out if they can.
I've had an mri done on my spine and they found I had a disc that was narrowing. They want me to use a cane to walk with. Also my varicocles is swollen on my left side of the testicle which has caused me pain.
