Why do I hurt all Over so bad and I flare up I had two good days and now it’s back to brutal brutal pain I have a lot of arthritis neck back my help but why all this pain in my neck my shoulders my low back

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain with your neck, shoulders and lower back, I too suffer from terrible pain in these areas most of the time but my legs are even worse. I don’t seem to have flare ups as such my pain just seems to be 24/7.

My fibromyalgia is at the worse it’s ever been and like yourself I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have swollen ankles every morning and extremely swollen hands and fingers while also has nodules on most fingers.

I am going through it a bit like yourself.

I also have other illnesses which are causing me trouble too at the moment so a bit depression at the moment, sometimes I just feel that no one believes how severe the pain is or actually listens.

Sorry for rambling on a bit.
