hi alios

fist of all you must see a doctor, I know its stating the obvious but we tend to put it off. so if you haven't please do so ASAP.

back pain with chest pain can be coursed by many things if the pain is in your neck and travels down your left arm along with chest pain you need to call 999. it may not be a heart attack but this is something that you must take seriously.

I've got a damaged spine so lots of pain all the time, but mixed with the neck and arm I went to the hospital. for me, it was coursed by spondylitis. a growth on the top of the spine that presses against the nerves.

hope this helps in some way
