I have developed chronic headaches over recent months. I have a constant feeling of pressure in my head. It is very debilitating. Along with that I have chronic pain..which is a long story, suffice to say I have had two back surgeries. This additional pain is almost unbearable. I have had two occipital nerve blocks for my headaches..the most recent was a few days ago. I fainted due to the severity of pain. Since then I feel very queasy and tired. Like many in this situation I feel hopeless at times..dont know where to turn. Does anyone have any suggestions. Also is it normal to be so Queasy? I cant get through to the nurse.

When did you last see your Doctor or a Consultant?
I would keep pushing Doctor on this or even consider going to A&E - with severe head pain.
Like Mary said, go to a&e dont wait for a nurse.
Sweetpea - please keep us updated.
What investigations have you had - scans and blood tests? CT scan, MRI scan ?? Have you been seen by various Consultants? What diagnosis and prognosis ?? Ask for Diagnosis.
Do go to A&E.
I highly recommend that you find a Chiropractor!
I developed headaches that have worsen over 6 weeks. My neurologist thinks it's in my neck. Also causing signs of carpal tunnel but test was mild. That's why we are doing a neck MRI. Best of luck
