Lower back and pelvic pain

Hi all,

For about 3 weeks now, I keep having a dull annoying pain in my lower back and pelvic. No discharge or anthing, just non stop aching.

I started panicking.

Has anyone had a similar thing?

Thanks for ur answer. Yes. He did a urine test, waiting for the result and said come back in 2 weeks if it doesn't go away. I am 64
