Neck and shoulder pain, with accompanying pins and needles,

Had injections in two locations, one just left of the spine in the neck area, for the awful neck pain, and the second one about 3 inches to the left of the first one, that one was for pain in my shoulder, traveling down my left arm, with the accompanying pins and needles, I had pain relief in my neck, but not in my shoulder, for only two days, it is now back with a vengeance, I am on df118s and axalid, but neither of these work, I don't see the doctor who did the procedure for another month,can anyone help me, I,e any pain killers, Ibuprofen is not an option due to it being a noted stomach irritant, By the way I'm brand new here, this my first letter,
