Feet swelling

Hi all my feet are swelling and iv tried putting them up what else can I do help

Hi try putting a bag of frozen peas on them but make sure you wrap them in something first like a pillow case and after no longer than 20 minutes take it off again. Keep doing this and it should help bring the swelling down.

If this is a new symptom it is worth seeing your GP about this. I can see from your previous posts that you have high blood pressure and have seen your doctor recently. Have you got anywhere with that as to what is causing these problems?

They don't no they have to do more tests be cause I collapsed on Wednesdays night and had to wait 3and a half hrs for an ambulance

Hello you again. Just caught this lovey. You need to see nurse practitioner and get measured for compression devices and have a 'butler applicator' for them as it's far better than anything else we've ever had to use on the front line but you may need to pay and order that in? You feet the sock over an internal structure of the frame that has Handel's either side and Simply slide your foot into it,placing your heel down on the floor then with the Handel's, pull the butler towards you and voilà, compression devices on, no wrestling!

If your not up to visit request the gp if the district nurses could call on you to measure you for these.
