Hi Good evening dear all

Working backwards, the people to see for feet problems is usually a podiatrist. They are registered health care professionals like physios and some can also prescribe drugs. they are the experts in everything below the knee.
Have you seen your GP about this (assuming you are in the UK)? Burning like that sounds like neuropathic pain and can be a sign of something else. Drugs such as amitriptyline can work very well on this type of pain, but it is important to find out what is causing it.
As for diet, the best food is food, mostly vegetables, not too much.
The first thing is to figure out the etiology. An Internest would be best for this.. It sounds like peripheral neuropathy which can be caused by Diabetes Mellitus among many other things. Hopefully it is just a local problem . Treatment would depend on cause.
This is a classic sign of Vitamin B12 deficiency, which has a lot of other symptoms and is very dangerous. Here'a an article with a lot of information. candobetter.net/node/4463
Thanks Dear Astridnova
I have got exactly the same thing. My feet burn, tingle and numbness. I have had this for three years and had every test and blood test possible. I have not got diabetes but they have told me I have peripheral neuropathy. It has got worse over the last three years and I would suggest you ask your doctor to refer you firstly to a neurologist for a nerve conduction test. The only medication they can offer is gabapentin, Lyrica or amitriptyline and a few others. Also ask your doctor if you can have blood tests to check especially your B12, Ferritin and also B6 as someone mentioned you could be low in B12. Hope you get it sorted.
Thank you very much dear Karjade , i will strongly follow your comment
